Terms and Conditions: Promotional Blocked Drain Offer

1. Scope of Work & Equipment

Inclusions: Promotional pricing covers up to 15 minutes of on-site labor utilizing standard manual clearing equipment only (e.g., hand plunger or basic hand tools).

Exclusions: Advanced diagnostic and clearing methods—including high-pressure water jet blasting, mechanized root cutting, and CCTV drain camera inspections—are strictly excluded and treated as separate services.

2. Promotional Limits & Availability

Eligibility: Restricted to one promotional offer per household.

Combinability: This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, voucher, promotion, or after-hours rate.

Standard Hours: Valid exclusively during standard business hours, Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

3. Scheduling & After-Hours Rates

Attendance: A responsible adult must be present at the property for the entire duration of the technician’s visit.

After-Hours Surcharge: Services requested outside of standard hours are subject to standard after-hours or emergency rates.

Overtime Rates: Work performed between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM is billed at time-and-a-half (1.5x) standard rates.

4. Unresolved Blockages & Variances

Additional Quotes: If the blockage cannot be resolved manually within the 15-minute timeframe, the technician will cease work and provide an on-site variation quote for further action (e.g., jetting, camera inspection, or pipe repairs).

Right to Modify: MSV Plumbing Services reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
